I’m Romany, a personal trainer and holistic coach with 20+ years of experience supporting men and women in building strength, confidence, and sustainable routines.
Having run a successful personal training studio in the Netherlands until 2021, I’ve learned that effective health support needs to evolve as our bodies, lifestyles, and priorities change.
Today, I mostly work with women to create balanced, realistic approaches to movement and wellbeing — helping them stay strong, energised, and confident in every phase of life.
