Alignment ensures that your training, habits, and routines support your lifestyle, responsibilities, and priorities as they are now — not as they once were. Authenticity brings the work together by honouring your values, boundaries, and natural pace. In practice, this means letting go of comparison, adjusting your approach as needed, and choosing what genuinely supports your wellbeing.
